How do I open an article in the database?

Articles in the databases have one or two different options for accessing the actual article.
HTML will have just the text of an article, and may not include graphs, charts, images, page numbers, etc.
PDF will have the article just as it would appear in a print article, with graphs, charts, images, page numbers, etc.
