I am trying to use the databases to do research but it tells me there is a problem with the Single-Sign On (SSO). How can I fix this?

First, try a different browser. 

If you only have one browser on your computer/device, you can download another. Here are some suggestions:

Second, delete your cookies and your cache.

How to delete in:

Third, you can try using Incognito mode or Private browsing.

For this step it is important to either sign out of MyPath and Blackboard, or use a browser that you have never used to log in to MyPath or Blackboard. 

If you want to try using a new browser, you can install one from the list above. 

If you want to use your current browser, sign out of MyPath and Blackboard, close the browser, and then reopen it. 

After you have logged out or opened your new browser, activate Incognito Mode or Private Browsing.   How to do that:
